Travel Insurance (optional)

Travel insurance is highly recommended. Insurance may be purchased at time of deposit up until final payment. Rates vary per individual. Proof of Citizenship

A passport is required for all passengers.Foreign nationals should check their embassy for proper documentation. Cruise Planners is not responsible for denied boarding of any passenger without proper proof of citizenship.

Change Fee

There will be a $75.00 service fee for any and all changes involving names, pre and post cruise packages and/or departure cities made after May 13, 2010.

Cancellation Policy

$50.00 per person penalty for all cancellations once full deposit and cabin is confirmed. $250 per person penalty for cancellations made after May 13, 2010.   50% of the total fare plus $50 per person, for cancellation made within 29-8 days prior to sailing. 100% of the total fare for cancellations made within 7 days of sailing and "no shows".  Travel insurance is recommended to protect your investment in the event of cancellation.  Contact Cruise Planners for details.
